Guiyang rolls out H1 major animal disease inspection

From May 9 to June 5, the Guiyang animal disease and epidemic prevention and control center did a spot check on 62 animal breeding bases in the city to ensure that poultry stays out of bird flu, foot and mouth disease, and other significant diseases.

A total of 2,795 samples were collected, and the result suggested that Guiyang's major animal disease prevention and control situation was deemed acceptable, with the mass vaccination rate meeting the standard the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs offered.

Moving forward, Guiyang will continue to prevent the regional major animal epidemic through monitoring, screening, cleaning, and disinfection work.
