Guiyang agricultural technicians shine at Guizhou Provincial Skills Competition

The Guizhou Provincial Agricultural Industry Vocational Skills Competition (Agricultural Machinery Maintenance) began on Dec 22 at Guizhou Vocational College of Agriculture. Guiyang's team won third place in the team category, as well as a second-place prize and an excellence award in the individual category.

The competition featured rigorous assessments, combining theory and practical skills.

Guiyang's two selected repair workers excelled under pressure. With their sharp observational skills and technical expertise, they swiftly identified and resolved issues in the practical session. Cao Jingtao from Guizhou Mountainous Intelligent Agricultural Machinery Development Co demonstrated outstanding proficiency, earning a second-place prize in the individual category.

This competition showcased Guiyang's talent and underscored the importance of cultivating skilled agricultural machinery technicians. It also inspired greater interest in agricultural machinery careers, contributing to enhanced mechanization and safe agricultural practices across the city.
