In 2024, the total output value of the agricultural, forestry, livestock, and fishery industries in Gui'an reached 1.36 billion yuan ($186.78 million), a 5 percent increase. Rural residents' per capita disposable income is expected to reach 8,600 yuan, growing by approximately 8 percent, surpassing the provincial and municipal averages.

Zhangke village in Dangwu sub-district, known for its 86,000 ancient tea trees, has expanded its "second-generation" tea cultivation, which now covers half of the village's tea-growing area. With improved production facilities, tea quality and output have surged, boosting villagers' enthusiasm for tea cultivation.

Villages have developed specialty industries, such as fruit and vegetable farming in Lumaotang village, red pine mushroom cultivation in Pingyang village, and kiwi orchards in Leizhuang village, significantly increasing local incomes.

With ongoing infrastructure and public service improvements, Gui'an is enhancing rural living conditions, promoting urban-rural integration, and shaping a new future for coordinated development.
