Jiangsu company leads mushroom industry expansion in Guiyang

Jiangsu Pinpinxian Biotechnology Co, a leading domestic enterprise in industrialized mushroom production, has long sought to expand into Guizhou's market. Upon learning of the company's ambition, Guiyang's investment promotion team offered "one-on-one" full-process services.

With precise policies and efficient service mechanisms, the project progressed from initial negotiations to implementation in just two months. On Sept 19, 2024, Guizhou Pinpinxian Biotechnology Co was established, with a secured registered capital of 10 million yuan ($1.4 million).

Inside its production facility, an international-grade automated production line operates at peak efficiency, with robotic arms handling bottling and inoculation, creating a distinctly modern atmosphere. Unlike traditional cultivation, Pinpinxian possesses over 50 patented technologies, infusing science into every stage, from strain cultivation to environmental control.

The project now provides 200 stable jobs for local farmers, covering production, technology, packaging, and other roles, with an average monthly income of 4,000 yuan per worker, 90 percent of whom are nearby villagers.

With production line upgrades nearing completion, full capacity is expected by September, achieving a daily output of 60 metric tons and an annual output value exceeding 80 million yuan. Looking ahead, the company will continue to monitor market demand and introduce additional specialty edible mushroom products.
